Heading to Jamaica...!. 6th Oct...YEAH..!

Hi Guys,
Im new to this site, but have been looking up the forums. I have 2 Weeks to Kill and flying towards Jamaica 6th Oct. I am looking forward to a Good ol' Fashion Herb-Crawl (Ital-Style) On a Budget, but looking to head toward Negril for few days and then head towards Treasure Beach.I have heard its very "Smoke friendly! towards Negril and nice a peaceful down towards Treasure Beach. Dont know if I want to stay near beach?I have heard Great Experiences up "on the Cliffs in Negril?" I havent arrange any accomodation yet. I am travelling alone and have No clue what to expect. Im M from UK and Chinese heritage. (Will i stand out...?? ) Love Reggae, but unfortunately dont Drink alchol. (Cant even spell it...) just a pot-ed...!

Can anybody help me with a route to take from Montego Bay?, which someone has done before, also what "Good experience" means of transport to take? (Heard about the WORLD FAMOUS J.A. POTHOLES, and surely Pot-heads)
