Anyone know about jobs trimming Clipping marijuana in california

   Like, how can you get a job and do they pay by weight or by the hour and when are the harvests?

Can you get arrested and can you smoke all you want?

Sure beats flipping burgers..

As far as i know it's legal under state law but illegal under federal law.

So where does that leave you?

Hopefully not too stoned to run away when the feds bust your weed farm, i guess.

They don't put you in jail for clipping weed. They're only after the big boys and even they are allowed to grow as much as they ahve prescriptions for.

If you're realy paranoid you can try in Switzerland too but as always, you gotta to have contacts.

The marijuana industry is booming here in California but if you're going to get your fingers green you're going to need to get your Medical Marijuana License first. It's not difficult to obtain, just look in the next edition of High Times or other appropriate stoner literature and find a doctor near by who'll issue the license. You'll need to give him a reason why marijuana is the right medication for your condition and about $150.00. But then the license is good for a year giving you access to some of the worlds best buds and "some" protection from the authorities.
Now for the hard part - getting a job in the biz. As I'm sure you can imagine there's no shortage of people vying for any position that would put them in a room full of buds and cool heads all day and send them home with a pay check at the end. And with the economy in the pits the competition is even more fierce. Not to mention the fact that most people, even stoned ones, are not likely to want anyone they don't know like a brother anywhere near their 3-4 hundred thousand dollar stash. Your best bet is probably just to go into as many clubs as you can and ask if their hiring, who knows you may get lucky.
Or you can do what I've done in the past, and grow your own. Tis the season to get planting, if you want to grow out door, so now you've only got to worry about the heat, the bugs, the bandits and the 5-O. If you survive the season though, you should be clipping your very own buds by October!
Listen, don't be discouraged. If it's really what you want to do you can make it happen, but be ready for a lot of headaches.

I clipped weed for about 10 days and saved $1300 which went a long way in mexico after i ran out SCREAMING from california.

I had a connection though from an old friend in the area who called on all her friends to get me work. If you ead to Burning Man at the end of October and make the right friends you might get lucky.

Just watch how all the peace and love goes out of the window once the competition starts for the big buds...
