hi people
my girlfriend lives in the Phillipines, I live in Uruguay . She holds PH passport, for sure

Now, we want to buy a one-way ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Brazil. my girl will be in transit to Uruguay)

Now:

- she is Phillipine. PH citizens doesn't even require a VISA to visit Brazil

- she won't be out of the Sao Paulo airport or international zone

- she is in transit at the sao paulo airport (I guess that's the correct nomenclature)

- passenger will carry uruguayan VISA, Brazil/Uruguay (round-trip) and a reference letter written by me, that I am her boyfriend here in Uruguay

Our question is
1. based on these facts, will she be able to buy a one-way ticket to Brazil as we have been told?

2. We know one-way tickets are risky but STILL risky if passenger is only in transit on the airports and always showing proofs she is going somewhere else ? Will she be asked of any money or anything on a transit situation like this with just a one-way?

3. is any kind of migratory thing EVEN being in transit, on any airport?

Thanks

Look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible
