Hi Folks
Anyone know if you can get into india with a oneway ticket from uk?
We are going traveling through india and nepal.
This would be my 2nd time there.

A few of us are going for 6 months in the autumn 2009 (for as long as our visa's allow ).

Its just more handy for us to book one way that way we can flight back from an airport of our choice depending on where we are etc.

Cheers
Yes, you can, the Indian immigration couldn't care less.

But your airline might be fussy about it. Read some of the other recent threads about one way tickets to check out the tricks. You can get a refundable ticket from an airline, or go through all the steps to book a ticket online and print out the itinerary before paying (or not paying, in this case), or usually just show that you have a wedge of cash and so are able to buy a ticket out.

I've even signed a form absolving the airline of responsibility once or twice.

But i should think you'll be fine. You just might get a difficult clerk behind the counter on the day.
yes, you can get into India with a one way ticket from uk. Smile
I agree with jennwtb! You can get into India with a one way ticket from United Kingdom. Enjoy your trip! I hope that you and your family will take long on that place. Take care always.
